Walking...

Hello my Friends!!!!
How are you?
Finally seems that Spring reaches us...at least...for few days...
We have had nice weather the last 3days and hopefully we  still have a bit of "bonus" for nice weather...
At least...since Sunday when...it will rain again... :O(

Anyway...now the sun is shining, temperatures are really warm and we enjoy outdoors!

So...I can't imagine a better way to start my morning then...1 hour and half of fit walking around our hills...
I'm at home 3 morning a week so I can enjoy walking during this free time...

I wear my shorts, tank top, walking shoes, take with me my iphone and...just start walking...listening my favourite music!!!!
The panorama is beautiful, birds, flowers and yards everywhere, so relaxing!
This really recharge my batteries after a long, cold and dark winter!!!!

Do you like walking? or running? or Jogging?
what kind of sport do you practice?

Where is our Spring????

How are you today?
Another week is started...mmm...raining...


Here it's raining since yesterday morning, it never stopped...
It's raining and raining and raining and...it's so cold too...
So...I'm really missing Spring time...

I browsed throught the web searching for some Spring-FullColor-Bright-Happy images...

Hoping they help me find the right mood...

It's hard when all around you is grey, wet and cold...LOL!!!!
Spring mean blue skyes, sun, warm but not too hot weather, flowers...

so...where is our Spring this year????

Enjoying My Sunday

Hello My Friends!!!

How are you?

Are you enjoying your Sunday?

I did but...mine...is almost ended...

It wasn't a sunny day, we got some rain this morning and again this afternoon so we decided to stay at home...

While the sun was up, I spent a bit of time in my yard and so I took some pics of our flowers...
They are beautiful also if they are getting lots and lots of rain... 

 Probably they know Spring is here LOL...

 When it started rain...I went into my sewing room and..finished some project I started past winter...

So, this is my crochet rug, it was my first ripple project and I love the way it turned up... 

Then I worked on some Tilda's project, they were almost finished but...not totally...

I've added little cushions and threads to my snail and fixed it on a piece of wood... 

Sewed the bottom of my mannequin and added the little heart button and...TADAAAA!!!

Finally they are finished and ready for being displayed on my sewing room!!!! 

So I have to say that is was a really fun and...productive Sunday!!! :0)

Shades of purple on the wall

Hello my friends!!!
Do you remember the quilt I was working on some times ago?
I wrote about it in a post about one month ago I think...
Well...finally it's finished and it's now displayed on my bedroom wall.
I love the way it turned out, I love purple and here there are shades of purple that are perfects on my bedroom!

As you can see, it's a simple quilt, perfect for use these beautiful fabrics that you fell in love and would not like to cut in too much tiny pieces...LOL!!!!

I've designed it and make it and this is really so much fun for me!!!!
I started with  an idea on my mind and...I'll end with a quilt on my wall...LOL!!!

I've added some appliquè for make it nicer...
Two birds in love on a brach...

Some colorful butterflies...that give it a spring-y look...

And...grass...

I made in this way my Purple Enchanted Garden!

I love yellow, it makes me so happy and make me in the right mood when I see it...

A spring-y Sunday

Hi!

yesterday here was an incredibly wonderful, sunny and warm day!

In fact...it seemed really spring...

How nice after all the cold...

So we decided to go out for a nice walk and I took some pictures of the nice things I saw...

I love that house surounded by the pine trees...so peaceful...the perfect location for relax or for...crafting...

In the 3 small pictures you can see:

1. Giant Bamboo...they are amazing!!!!

2. An old church on the top of the ill, friars still live there and every Sunday morning they celebrate the Mass.

3. A big house behind the old wall...you can only see the tower but it's not a castle...it's a very old house. I hope to be able one day to see the whole house... :O)

And finally, this last picture, I played a bit with it but...it's not 50 years ago...just yesterday...

This is another big church surrounded by the houses of the town.

Also this one is on the hill, the storical part of the town...
